1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Pixy ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

Pixy is a software add-in for Autodesk Revit that provides professional tools, including:

Straight pattern generation
Curved pattern generation
Selection filter tool for advanced element filtering
License management system
Online license validation

3. License Grant

3.1 License Type and Tiers

Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-simultaneous-use license for the Software.

You may choose between two tiers:

Single Device License: The license key is permanently tied to **1 MAC address** (device fingerprint) for dedicated use on a single machine.
Multi-Device License: The license key is tied to a maximum of **3 unique MAC addresses**. This option is provided solely for the purpose of managing hardware changes (e.g., changing Windows, updating PC hardware) and prevents the need to purchase a new single license due to hardware failure or upgrades. **This license tier is strictly for individual use and does not allow simultaneous operation on multiple devices.**

3.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

Share, distribute, or resell the Software
Use the Software simultaneously on multiple devices (even with the Multi-Device License)
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Remove or modify any copyright notices
Use the Software for commercial purposes without proper licensing

4. Payment

Payment is required before Software activation
All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
Payment processing is handled by Paddle

5. Software Activation and Validation

5.1 License Key

A valid license key is required to use the Software
License keys are generated by Paddle upon purchase
License keys are tied to your device fingerprint (MAC address)

6. Business Information

Legal Business Name: Pixy
Service Type: Fully automated software service with no human-driven services involved
