1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Pixy ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

Pixy is a software add-in for Autodesk Revit that provides professional tools, including:

Pattern Generator: Parametric pattern creation for planar and curved faces
Selection Filter: Advanced element filtering and management
Floor Tools: Floor splitting, tracing, merging, and related floor utilities
Theme Generator: Automated view theme creation and management
Image to Blocks: Convert images to Revit block elements
Space Frame Generator: Space frame and structural pattern generation
Fin Generator: Fin and panel-style geometry on Revit faces
Kinetic Generator: Kinetic and motion-style pattern systems on faces

Tools are sold individually, as the Pixy Generators bundle (Generate ribbon tools: Pattern Generator, Theme Generator, Image to Blocks, Space Frame Generator, Fin Generator, and Kinetic Generator), or as Pixy Ultimate Suite (all premium tools above, including Selection Filter and Floor Tools). Ultimate Suite is also available as optional 7-day or 30-day one-time passes in addition to lifetime licenses.

3. License Grant

3.1 License Type and Tiers

Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-simultaneous-use license for the Software.

You may choose between three tiers:

Solo License: The license key is valid for activation on 1 device. This tier is strictly for individual use.
Team License: The license key is valid for activation on up to 5 devices. This tier is suitable for small teams or individuals with multiple machines.
Enterprise License: The license key is valid for activation on up to 10 devices. This tier is designed for larger teams and organizations.

3.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

Share, distribute, or resell the Software license key beyond the authorized device limit
Use the Software simultaneously on more devices than your license tier permits
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Remove or modify any copyright notices
Use the Software for commercial purposes without proper licensing

3.3 Free Trials

Pixy offers one unified 30-day evaluation trial per device (not separate trials per tool). Trial access uses a single license key activated in License Manager.

Core tools (unlimited for 30 days): Selection Filter and Floor Tools (including Floor Splitter, Floor Tracer, Floor Merger, and Floor Filler). These do not consume trial tokens.
Premium tools (shared token pool): Pattern Generator, Theme Generator, Image to Blocks, Space Frame Generator, Fin Generator, and Kinetic Generator share 10 total premium uses (tokens) on the trial device.
Each successful premium command may consume one token. License Manager displays your token balance (e.g. uses remaining out of 10).
If premium tokens are used up before the 30-day period ends, premium tools lock until you purchase a license; core tools remain available until the trial end date.
Trials are free, require no payment, and are limited to one trial per device.

Trial access may be converted to a paid license upon purchase without reinstallation.

4. Payment

Payment is required before Software activation
All licenses are one-time purchases with no recurring subscription fees
All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
Payment processing is handled by Paddle

5. Software Activation and Validation

5.1 License Key

A valid license key is required to use the Software
License keys are generated by Paddle upon purchase
License keys are tied to unique device fingerprints (MAC addresses) up to the limit of your purchased tier (1, 5, or 10 devices)

6. Refunds

Pixy licenses are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the following policy:

Before activation: You may request a refund only if your license key has not been validated (activated) on any device.
After activation: Once your license key has been validated on any device, the purchase is non-refundable, including partial refunds.
Validation is recorded when you enter your license key in Pixy License Manager (or otherwise activate the Software against our license server) and a device is registered to your key.
All refund requests are subject to review and must be submitted to support@pixyplugin.store or pixyplugin@gmail.com.
Payment processing and chargebacks are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's policies and these Terms.
